OUR LINES
Our exciting lines are put together to give you a year of mastery, experience
and new experiences - while adapting the activities to the students' needs/skills.
Much of what happens during the school week is common to all the lines, so here you will be
familiar with both the teachers and the students from all the different lines!
This is the line for those who want to learn more about everything related to punishment, laws, rules, crime and order. We visit courts and prisons, attend trials, and talk to the police.
This is the line for those who want to explore the professions within Police, Fire and Prison. Through activities, tours, visits, sports and excursions we give you insight into the professions, and we participate in exciting exercises. You can also take a free security guard course!
Since 2005, we have trained over 700 security guards!
This is the line for those of you who are interested in
safety subject and who will participate in exciting exercises and activities.
Here you get weightlifting courses with practical work experience and you join in on trips and tours!
This is the line for those of you who want to test out different
motorsports throughout the year, while also taking part in tours, exciting activities and experiences. The line is suitable for both experienced drivers and beginners!
On this line, we focus on being more present,
stress less and enjoy the little moments. We learn to take good care of ourselves both physically and mentally. We participate in fun activities and learn to challenge ourselves and strengthen our self-esteem!
On this line you get to help decide which
the land line trip will take, and what we will do there.
Should we go rafting, feed giraffes, snorkel, swim with dolphins, go on safari or maybe learn to cook local food? How can we get to know people and their culture?
Do you enjoy doing different sports and forms of exercise? Then this is the line for you!
This is a varied line where you get to try many different sports and forms of training. We focus on a sense of mastery, community and good health through physical activity both outdoors and indoors!
Are you going to join the military and be discharged by Christmas?
We have created a special half-year line for those of you who want to spend this half-year on training, experiences and travel. In addition, you can take a free weightlifting course this half-year!
This is the course for those of you who have already attended a year at a folk high school or Bible college, and who want to develop further as a person and leader.
The course provides useful and valuable experience that you can take with you into your working life and/or into future positions, positions and roles.

I wanted to go to folk high school to challenge myself and have new experiences. I'm very happy that I chose Trondheimsfjord. The students and teachers here are so nice, and we do exciting things every week.
In addition, the school has an incredibly good location with beautiful scenery and only 20 minutes away from Trondheim!
